Temple Hopping in Bangkok

We spent almost an entire day in the bus/van going to Thailand from Siem Reap. It was a butt-wrenching time. We started exploring Bangkok the following day, Eyann's last day with me.

We decided to start the day mall hopping before we visit touristy places. Bad idea. We went to the Grand Palace, it was closed already. So we moved to Wat Pho, the temple of the Reclining Buddha. Wat Pho is one of the oldest and largest Buddhist temples in Bangkok. The reclining buddha is huge. We paid 100 baht/pax.

We explored the place a bit, and decided to head to Wat Arun, the Temple of Dawn. We did not enter Wat Arun, it was late. We boarded the ferry, and went to the Chang Ferry station, and waited at the park to capture a good photo of the temple.

Another temple hopping day for us, but this time in Bangkok. It would probably be okay not to see a temple in the next five years. :P

So we only visited these places, and I definitely did not see a lot of Bangkok, I should plan another trip to this place. Maybe I'll do better next time, Bangkok!
